Sunsets
I’ve always loved sunsets. Whether it’s from a boat in Venice, a ridgeline in the Central Valley, or just in my backyard, sunsets have so many elements, so many aspects to capture. You can do so much with it, the possibilities are endless.

Venetian Sunset
I took this with my Pixel on a vaporetto in Venice. I still think this is one of my best images, ever.

Blue
Taken in the back field of my old middle school on my Pixel, again. I find that when a beautiful sunset hits, I usually only have my phone on me.

Florence, Italy
Shot off the balcony of my hotel room in Florence, Italy. This one, I used my actual camera for.

Layer cake
I like the layering of colors here. Taken on the side of Highway 46 in California. (Thank god for geotagging)

85 and Sunset
I came up with a witty title, but I got jack for this.

Old school
I edited this to have more of an aged look to it, because I think the subject matter lends itself to it.

Cotton candy clouds
These clouds look like cotton candy. Shot on my Pixel around 8 PM,

Oceanic Sunset
Another from Hwy 46, but this time on my drone. The ocean is almost visible off in the distance here.

Backyard sunset
A shot, on a whim, with my Pixel. One of my all time favorites.

Roof
I took this from the roof of my work with my phone.
